Que é acne?
Acne é um processo inflamatório, que se verificam quando a massa composta de gordura e suor, que está dentro do poro é contaminada por uma bactéria, inflamando o comedão e deixando pus no local.
Ocorre com maior freqüência na puberdade por causa do desequilíbrio hormonal, mas também pode aparecer em outras idades em conseqüência do stresse, uso de produtos inadequados a pele e também problemas gastrointestinais e hormonais. Não há comprovação de que os alimentos possam piorar o problema da acne, porém se a pessoa sente que sua pele piora com a ingestão de frituras ou chocolate, deve evitar ingeri-los
