Este termo significa “limpar a casa”
Como é um sistema para otimizar o tempo, ela sugere apenas 7 tarefas que deverão ser feitas em 1 hora.
O dia escolhido por ela é segunda feira, algumas flys ( como eu , rs) preferem contratar uma faxineira, mas isto é opcional claro.
Outro ponto que não deve ser desprezado, é o seguinte:

1- Passar aspirador de pó
2- Tirar o pó e passar aspirador
3- Passar mop no banheiro e na cozinha
4- Limpar espelhos e portas
5- Jogar fora revistas e jornais velhos
6- Trocar roupa de cama
7- Esvaziar todos os cestos de lixo
